\nHarlow Salary: £24,500 per annum 37-hour working week Hybrid working – 3 days in the office

The Role
\nYou will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries, providing information, resolving issues where possible and ensuring all interactions are managed professionally and efficiently.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to customer enquiries. \n
- Resolve queries where possible or direct them to the appropriate department. \n
- Raise and manage tickets for follow-up actions. \n
- Provide support via live chat when required. \n
- Assist with service charge enquiries and account information. \n
- Provide statements, payment details and update customer records. \n
- Support contractors and suppliers with invoice and work order enquiries. \n
- Provide updates on repairs and maintenance works. \n
- Assist with complaints, insurance and solicitor enquiries. \n
- Maintain accurate records on internal systems. \n
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. \n
What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- Excellent communication and telephone skills. \n
- 1–2 years' experience in a customer service environment. \n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. \n
- Good IT skills. \n
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. \n
- A positive and professional approach to customer service. \n
