• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive

• Experience supporting individuals with

• Autism and mental health needs
\n
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
\n
• Ability to prepare traditional English meals
\n
• Full-time availability, including weekends, waking nights, and sleep-in shifts
\n
• Candidates requiring sponsorship must have at least
\n
• 9 months remaining on their visa
\n
• Local candidates from the Crewe (CW1) area are preferred
\n

Shift Pattern\n

\n
• Typical shifts between 07:00 – 22:00
\n
• Waking nights and sleep-in shifts may also be required
\n
• Flexible rota including weekends
\n
