This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative fundraiser to identify, develop and test new mass participation products that inspire supporters, grow engagement and generate income.The Role\n

- Identify, develop and test new mass participation fundraising products that inspire supporters and generate income \n
- Review our existing portfolio and identify gaps and opportunities for growth \n
- Lead the development of new fundraising products from concept through to pilot and launch \n
- Work with colleagues across marketing, data and digital to build compelling propositions \n
- Test recruitment approaches and evaluate performance data to determine long-term growth potential \n
- Spot trends in fundraising and supporter behaviour to inform product development \n
- Combine creativity with commercial thinking to deliver sustainable fundraising solutions \n

- Experience in fundraising, particularly in mass participation, events or campaign development \n
- Proven ability to develop and launch new products or initiatives from concept to delivery \n
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with ability to use data and insight to make confident decisions \n
- Excellent understanding of supporter engagement and motivation \n
- Creative problem-solver who enjoys bringing new ideas to life \n
- Strong project management and organizational skills \n
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build stakeholder buy-in \n
- Passion for making a difference to people living with kidney disease \n
