Franchise & Advisor Sales ManagerLocation: London, West EndSalary: £50k – 100k base salary plus commission (DOE)Working Pattern: Hybrid working An Exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing business advisory firm as a Franchise & Advisor Sales Manager. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment and conversion of the new franchise partners and advisors, playing a key role in the firm’s continued growth and expansion.Who you are:\n

• At least three years’ experience in business ownership or a consultative, transactional sales role
\n
• A confident communicator and relationship builder
\n
• Commercially minded with the ability to guide prospects through a consultative sales process
\n
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities
\n
• Proficient in the use of CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
\n
• A hungry, proactive self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
\n

What you’ll do:\n

\n
• Manage the full recruitment and sales process for new franchisees and advisors
\n
• Manage prospective partners through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to onboarding
\n
• Develop strategies to attract high-quality partners and support business growth
\n
• Represent the business at networking events, trade shows and industry forums
\n
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives and process improvements
\n
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
\n
