Job Title - EstimatorReporting To - Senior EstimatorLocation - Head Office, AntrimFull time, PermanentCala Consulting are recruiting an Estimator for their award-winning client. The company d eliver bespoke projects for a wide range of clients throughout the UK and Ireland.The role will entail supporting the Projects department in a range of activities as they continue to provide a high standard fit-out service for their blue chip and independent clients.ResponsibilitiesEvaluates Customer Request for Tender/Bid/Quotation documentsDevelop cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimating projectsCoordinate with subcontractorsProvides specific forecasts and reports on project statusManage multiple bids and performs as liaison between estimating team and Project teamRevise estimates and implement required changesMaintain client relations by being lead contact of proposal for clientMonitor and ensure bid format meet clients standardsParticipate pre and post bid meetings as requiredLog proposals and tenders into Marcons database for cost tracking and historical informationPerform as liaison for Project Management when tender is awardedReview and provide feedback and evaluate performanceEssential CriteriaMinimum 5 years experience estimating fit out projectsDesirable CriteriaExcellent knowledge of specialist joinery estimatingSalary & Benefits- Salary Negotiable pending experience- Competitive Pension scheme- Enrolment on Private Medical insurance after completing one year of employment- Additional days holidays pending length of service, up to a maximum of 5 additional days- Team Building, Health and Wellbeing Activities- Training and development opportunitiesTPBN1_UKTJ
