In return, you can expect support in achieving both your personal and career aspirations, as you'll work with a team that has a strong sense of motivation and pride in what we deliver.Load and unload deliveries observing the Health and Safety and Manual Handling proceduresTake/ oversee the receipt of goods and materials into the store and check for defectsCheck delivery notes against goods received and the order placed and indicate discrepancies to supplier, site management and procurement departmentAlways file delivery notes as requiredOversee and help loading of site vehicles for sites running from the compoundHand/ deliver materials to the Tradespersons working within the properties as requestedComplete and maintain accurate records and paperwork where necessary, including records of materials issued to propertiesMaintain and care for all company toolsEnsure that the site is kept clean and tidy at all timesTransporting materials using pallet trucks handling equipment as requiredDisposing of waste materials safely, in line with HSE regulationsMonitor supplies and notify relevant site manager of stockouts and material defectsMaintain all documentation in accordance with PiLON ProceduresKeep accurate stock control and run monthly inventoriesWork in accordance with any training and instructions given and bring to the attention of the company any shortcomings and defects in the management systems and protective measuresTo attend all relevant training courses, including all health and safety courses arranged by the companyUndertake all work to a high standard with minimal risk to Health and Safety.
