You'll be joining an expanding, proactive, and strongly motivated team, as well as an opportunity to excel your career transformation.Key Skills required:Windows Server 2022/2019/2016, OS 11/10Office 365 & SharePoint administrationMicrosoft ExchangeVirtualisation Technologies (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V)Remote Desktop technologies (RDS, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop)Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) technology e.g. Datto, N-AbleExperience with Security technologies i.e. DLPBackup TechnologiesIdeally previous MSP experience / customer facing roleFamilarity the ConnectWise, HaloPSA or equivalent ITSM tools will be highly advantageous.The position entails assisting with T1 & T2 support and managing T3 requests, including precise call logging and appropriate escalation procedures.
