The successful Quality Inspector will have a hands-on role inspecting precision machined components and ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and customer specifications.Key Responsibilities: Quality InspectorInspect machined components using precision measuring equipmentInterpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirementsOperate CMM equipment and generate inspection reportsIdentify and report non-conforming productsRaise NCRs where requiredSupport production with first-off and in-process inspectionsMaintain accurate quality records and traceabilityConduct goods-in inspections when neededThe ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Quality InspectorA background in a Quality Inspector role gained within a manufacturing/engineering or equivalent environmentAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsGood understanding of GD&THands-on CMM experienceProficient with micrometers, verniers, height gauges, bore gauges and other inspection equipmentStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamWhat we are able to offer: Quality InspectorIncome protectionCycle to work schemeIf you are already a CMM Inspector, Dimensional Inspector, Final Inspector, Quality Inspector, you may also be suitable for this role.
