KS1 Teacher - Part-time

A highly reputable Glossop primary school is seeking a committed KS1 teacher for a three-day-a-week role commencing October 2026. The school is known for its high standards, calm learning environment and happy, motivated pupils.

The successful teacher will:

• Demonstrate strong KS1 curriculum knowledge - ensuring teaching is accurate, well-sequenced and ambitious

• Use adaptive teaching methods to maximise progress for all learners
\n
• Support a holistic approach to children's development, valuing wellbeing alongside academic achievement
\n
• Make effective use of outdoor learning spaces to enrich lessons and broaden experiences
\n
• Teach a broad, balanced curriculum that inspires curiosity and confidence
\n
• Apply formative and summative assessment to identify next steps and determine when intervention is needed
\n
