Facilities Supervisor

Bristol / Bath Area£35,000 per annum | Full Time

Our client is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to support the day-to-day management of facilities operations across sites in Bath, Bristol, and Swindon.

This is a hands-on role where you'll support the Facilities Manager, supervise local facilities teams, oversee contractors, and help ensure buildings are maintained safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support local facilities teams across multiple locations.
\n
• Manage contractors and monitor service delivery against agreed standards.
\n
• Act as a key contact for facilities-related issues at assigned sites.
\n
• Support building maintenance, compliance, and health & safety activities.
\n
• Assist with energy management, environmental initiatives, and improvement projects.
\n
• Approve invoices and support the effective management of budgets.
\n

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a Facilities Supervisor, Facilities Coordinator, or similar role.
\n
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and welfare regulations.
\n
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective stakeholder relationships.
\n
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between office locations.
\n
