\nTradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Rochdale from September 2026 through to February 2027. This is a part-time position (3 days per week), offering a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a KS2 classroom.
\nThis inclusive and community-focused school is committed to providing a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential. With a strong emphasis on core skills, personal development, and a broad curriculum, the school is looking for a committed KS2 practitioner who can support pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2 learning.
\nThe Successful Candidate Will:

- Deliver engaging and well-structured Year 3 lessons across the KS2 curriculum \n
- Support pupils' development in reading, writing, and maths \n
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment \n
- Use assessment effectively to identify next steps and support pupil progress \n
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to promote positive outcomes \n
To Be Considered You Must:
\n- \n
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) \n
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 or lower KS2 \n
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and a positive teaching style \n
- Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil development \n
