Branch Manager - Watford

Our client, an established home improvement specialist, is currently recruiting a Branch Manager to lead their Watford depot. The Branch Manager will be responsible overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch, managing a small team, supporting customers, and help to drive continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities for the Branch Manager:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Watford branch
\n
• Managing and supporting a small team
\n
• Handling customer enquiries, sales and order processing
\n
• Coordinating installations and branch operations
\n
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
\n
• Monitoring stock and delivered goods
\n
• This is a hands-on role and will involve manual handling and heavy lifting
\n

Skills Required for the Branch Manager:

• Previous management, supervisory or team leadership experience
\n
• Strong customer service and communication skills
\n
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
\n
• Confident dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues
\n
• Sales-focused with a proactive attitude
\n
• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office and order management systems
\n
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)
