PlastererLocation: EastleighPay Rate:£25.00 per hourContract: Temp to perm - up to £37,633.20 per annum depending on experience Hours: 40 Hours per WeekWorking Pattern: Monday to FridayCompany Van ProvidedWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a Planned Kitchen and Bathrooms team in Eastleigh.Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch plastering, rendering and decorative finishes.
\n
• Complete wall and ceiling repairs to a high standard.
\n
• Undertake internal and external rendering works.
\n
• Carry out tiling and plaster coving where required.
\n
• Work alongside other trades to deliver planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects.
\n
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with building maintenance best practice.
\n
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with residents throughout the works.
\n
• Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
\n

To be successful in this role, you will have:\n

\n
• Proven experience as a Plasterer within housing maintenance or residential construction.
\n
• Experience carrying out plastering works as part of planned maintenance programmes.
\n
• The ability to deliver high-quality work with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
\n
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• A full UK driving licence (essential).
\n
