Senior Finance Director
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Directorto serve as the second-in-command to the Deputy CFO and play a key role in leading the transformation of the Finance organization.
\nThe ideal candidate combines strong financial leadership with hands‑on experience in ERP implementations, finance transformation initiatives, and SaaS environments. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to drive complex cross‑functional initiatives across a global organization.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Serve as the trusted business partner and right hand to the Deputy CFO, supporting the execution of the global Finance strategy. \n
- Lead Finance transformation initiatives, including process optimization, automation, organizational redesign, and standardization. \n
- Lead ERP implementation and optimization projects, with a strong preference for experience implementingMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. \n
- Drive the modernization and scalability of Finance processes to support a fast-growing global organization. \n
- Oversee the Company’s financial reporting process, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. \n
- Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate the annual audit process, ensuring timely resolution of audit matters. \n
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and corporate governance frameworks. \n
- Partner with IT, Operations, HR, and business leaders to successfully deliver strategic Finance projects. \n
- Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes, actual vs. budget and forecast analysis. \n
- Lead and supportM&A activities, including financial due diligence, deal execution, review of Share Purchase Agreements (SPA) and Shareholders' Agreements (SHA), PPA and coordination with internal and external advisors. \n
- DrivePost‑Merger Integration (PMI)initiatives, ensuring the successful integration of finance processes, systems, controls, reporting, and organizational structures. \n
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI, and best‑in‑class Finance practices. \n
- Support strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and cross‑functional transformation projects. \n
- \n
- CPA or equivalent accounting qualification. \n
- 15+ years of progressive Finance experience, including senior leadership roles. \n
- Proven experience as aSenior Finance Director, Finance Director, or equivalent leadership position. \n
- Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementation projects, preferablyMicrosoft Dynamics 365. \n
- Significant experience working in aSaaScompany, with a strong understanding of SaaS business models and financial metrics. \n
- Proven track record in Finance transformation projects, including process redesign, automation, and change management. \n
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. \n
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Experience working in a global, multinational environment. \n
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. \n
