\nThe Role
\nThey are looking for experienced Carpenter Joiners to join their team, working across a variety of refurbishment and maintenance contracts throughout the Catterick region.
\nProjects span several sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, education, defence and social housing, offering a diverse and rewarding workload. The Carpenter Joiner will carry out a wide range of first and second fix joinery tasks as part of a skilled and professional team.
\nResponsibilities
\nCarry out first and second fix joinery on refurbishment and fit-out projects.
\nInstall and fit kitchens, doors, door frames, skirting boards, architraves, window boards, and flooring.
\nUndertake partitioning, boxing-in, and general carpentry repairs.
\nFit ironmongery and carry out any required adjustments.
\nEnsure all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with site safety requirements.
\nWork independently or as part of a team, maintaining good communication with site supervisors, clients, and other trades.
\nMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean working area at all times.
\nRequirements
\nNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), or qualified by time served in Carpentry & Joinery.
\nProven experience in refurbishment, fit-out, or maintenance joinery (not new build).
\nCompetent in both first and second fix joinery tasks.
\nCSCS card (preferred but not essential).
\nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Catterick region.
\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
\nAbility to work safely and efficiently under minimal supervision.
