Solution Architect
\n 1-2 days a week in Sheffield
\n Initial 6-month Contract
\n £700 - £800 p/day | Inside IR35
\n We're recruiting for a Global IT Services Provider seeking a Solution Architect to design end-to-end technical solutions aligned to operational resilience regulations and internal frameworks.
\n Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Create resilience-focused HLDs/LLDs aligned with enterprise architecture and cloud strategy
\n
• Translate Operational Resilience and DORA requirements into actionable designs
\n
• Act as a design authority for resilience initiatives, reviewing and approving technical designs
\n
• Provide architectural input into programmes including technology modernisation, cloud migration and system decommissioning
\n
• Documentation & Reporting
\n

Requirements:

\n
• 6+ years as a Solution Architect with proven experience working in a large enterprise bank within the past 3 years' (essential)
\n
• Experience across one or more of the following - Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and technology risk.
\n
• Experience with ServiceNow is desirable
\n
• Knowledge of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is highly desirable
\n
• Knowledge of operational resilience frameworks, RTO/RPO, backup/DR, and dependency mapping.
\n
