\nYou'll be joining a well-respected contractor delivering repairs and maintenance across Tamworth. This is a long-term opportunity with a company that genuinely looks after its operatives, offering stable work and a great team environment.\n
\nI'd love to hear from anyone who has worked as a Multi Trade Operative, Property Maintenance Operative, or Carpenter within social housing.\n
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:\n
\n

\n
• Completing repairs within void properties
\n
• Carrying out carpentry repairs including skirting boards, hanging doors and changing locks
\n
• Completing basic plumbing repairs including changing taps
\n
• Carrying out painting and decorating as required
\n

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:\n
\n

\n
• A Blue CSCS card
\n
• Previous experience working within social housing
\n
• A carpentry bias with experience across multiple trades
\n
• The ability to start immediately
\n

This Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits:\n

• £180£200 per day
\n
• No van required
\n
• Ongoing contract
\n
• Monday to Thursday, 8:00am4:30pm
\n
• Friday, 8:00am4:00pm with a full day's pay
\n
• Immediate start available
\n

Location & travel\n
\nBased in Tamworth, you'll be working solely across void properties, meaning minimal travel and a consistent local patch. Tamworth is easily accessible via the M42, A5 and A38, making commuting straightforward from surrounding areas.\n
