You'll work as part of a dedicated team, helping to deliver high-quality maintenance services while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out plumbing repairs and maintenance across residential and council-owned properties.Undertake general manual labour duties to support planned and responsive maintenance works.Diagnose faults and complete repairs in a safe and timely manner.Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and organisational standards.Maintain a professional approach when working in occupied properties and public spaces.About YouPrevious experience in plumbing and general maintenance or manual labour.Relevant plumbing qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) or time-served experience.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong work ethic with a practical, hands-on approach.Full UK driving licence is desirable.
