• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2

• Can deliver creative and engaging lessons that support pupil progress

• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
\n
• Are committed to maintaining high expectations for all learners
\n
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
\n
• Bring enthusiasm, patience and a passion for helping children succeed
