About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

• Be responsible for a group of key children, supporting their learning and development.
\n
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative activities and experiences.
\n
• Complete observations, assessments, and learning journeys.
\n
• Support children's progress in line with the EYFS framework.
\n
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
\n
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
\n

Essential Requirements

Recognised Level 3 Early Years/Childcare Qualification (Essential) Previous experience within an Early Years setting Good knowledge of the EYFS framework Excellent spoken and written English Strong communication and organisational skills A genuine passion for working with young children

Montessori experience or qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.

Working Hours

Teachers work a set rota consisting of:

• 3 days: 8:00am - 4:30pm

• 2 days: 8:30am - 6:30pm
