Benefits: Full Benefits PackageThe role of the Estimator - Building Envelope will involve:

• Estimator position producing estimates for a range of industrial roofing and cladding solutions
\n
• Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
\n
• Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
\n
• Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
\n
• Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond
\n
• Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
\n
• Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met
\n

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Building Envelope experience with:

\n
• Must have estimating experience within construction
\n
• Ideally have experience estimating large projects
\n
• Must be IT literate
\n
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
\n
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
\n
• Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
\n
