\nTHE ROLE
\nAs a Senior Marketing Analyst you will play a key role in shaping how data informs decision making across marketing, operations, and customer strategy, with a clear line of sight to business impact.
\nSpecifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

- Analyse customer and transactional data across CRM systems, digital platforms, and surveys to identify behavioural trends and opportunities \n
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that track retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value \n
- Support campaign targeting and personalisation through segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive modelling \n
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness through pre- and post-analysis, measuring uplift, ROI, and channel performance \n
- Lead on customer satisfaction and advocacy analysis, using sentiment analysis and key driver techniques \n
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders \n
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
\nThe successful Senior Marketing Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
\n- \n
- Strong commercial experience in customer insight, CRM analytics, or marketing analytics \n
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with exposure to tools such as Power BI or Tableau \n
- Experience with segmentation, lifecycle analysis, and campaign performance measurement \n
- Understanding of CRM and marketing channels such as email, SMS, or direct communications \n
- Ability to analyse survey data, including sentiment and driver analysis \n
- Confident communicating insights to a range of stakeholders, including non-technical audience \n
- Familiarity with data privacy and governance best practices \n
