- Deliver consistent project management for multiple large clients. \n
- Prominent role in the European Financial Services community. \n
- Lead advisor on all types of ECBA topics. \n
- Develop diverse compensation structures, competitive base pay and incentive approaches that provide seamless delivery of global solutions for our clients. \n
- Collaborate and contribute to the development, design and implementation of compensation programs that include total rewards strategy, competitive benchmarking, annual and long-term incentive plan design, employment contract review, change-in-control agreements, overall competitive pay analysis and pay-for-performance alignment. \n
- Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches. \n
- Continue to develop technical knowledge and skills in the area of Executive Compensation. \n
- Mentor, coach and manage more junior colleagues. \n
- \n
- Significant experience consulting at the Board level. \n
- Significant knowledge of and experience with the Financial Services sector. \n
- In-depth knowledge of tax, corporate finance, regulatory and accounting requirements in order to design executive compensation plans including: annual, equity, stock and other long or short term incentive plans. \n
- Hands-on experience with special equity and incentive plans for situations such as: IPOs, LBOs, M&A, divestitures, recapitalization and venture/entrepreneurial start-ups. \n
- Well developed written and oral communication skills and ability to influence senior management and work across all levels of an organization. \n
- Collaborative business style to introduce new programs and value added services internally and to client organizations. \n
- Superior analytical skills and understanding of human resource and financial issues within major global organizations and in entrepreneurial environments. \n
- Master’s degree is required; an advance degree highly desirable, particularly an MBA or JD. \n
- Fluency in English. \n
Demonstrates expertise in Executive Compensation design, including total rewards strategy and incentive plan development, while effectively mentoring junior colleagues and influencing senior management. Possesses strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial services sector requirements and regulatory frameworks.
