Membership Services Correspondent
Job Description
Working for a very well established and highly regarded environmental and gardening charity you will be part of team helping existing and potential members with email and telephone enquiries. The emphasis is on emails and you must have good writting skills.
\nThis role requires excellent communication and computer skills with the ability to accurately update and maintain our in house database. You will need to have a flexible approach to work, the ability to multitask, maintain a friendly approach under pressure and be able to demonstrate your commitment to the role, ensuring high levels of customer service, with excellent attention to detail.
\nThe purpose of the role is to provide a first class service to their growing membership. You will be dealing with a variety of in-coming telephone calls, emails and other written correspondence from existing members and the general public. No two days will be alike and the phone team are instrumental in supporting wider teams with assistance, from advising how to navigate the specific sections of their website to helping someone new to the organisation choose the best membership for them.
