I'm currently working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is continuing to invest in the growth of its Employment team and is keen to speak with experienced Employment Solicitors who are looking for their next opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and well-established team acting for a diverse commercial client base across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The Role You'll advise a wide variety of business clients on all aspects of employment law, building long-term relationships while working closely with colleagues across the wider commercial teams. The work is varied and includes:\n

- Advising employers on day-to-day HR and employment law issues. \n
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish. \n
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements. \n
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance and redundancy processes. \n
- Supporting corporate transactions with employment law advice. \n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships. \n
- Playing an active role in business development and networking. \n
- \n
- Around 4+ years' PQE in Employment Law (applications from those with significant pre-qualification employment experience will also be considered). \n
- Experience advising employer clients across both contentious and advisory matters. \n
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills. \n
- A proactive, collaborative approach. \n
