NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Independent Financial Planning firm in Scarborough who are looking to recruit a Client Services Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

\n

\n

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and personable professional who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and thrives in a varied administrative role. Working closely with the Directors, Financial Advisers and Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing first-class support to both clients and advisers.

\n

\n

As an CS Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across the business, ensuring a professional and efficient service is delivered at all times.

\n

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

    \n
  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors
  • \n
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and managing enquiries
  • \n
  • Supporting the Financial Advisers with new business processing and client administration
  • \n
  • Preparing client files, valuations and review documentation
  • \n
  • Processing top-ups, fund switches and ISA transactions
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating the back-office system
  • \n
  • Liaising with providers and assisting with general client servicing
  • \n
  • Scanning, photocopying and managing incoming and outgoing post
  • \n
  • Assisting with the day-to-day administration and organisation of the office
  • \n
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and company procedures
  • \n

About You

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience within an IFA Administration or Financial Services Administration role is preferred, but any previous office experience is essential
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • \n
  • Professional and confident communication skills
  • \n
  • A friendly and approachable manner with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • \n
  • Comfortable managing a varied workload and supporting a busy team
  • \n
  • Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office
  • \n
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team
  • \n
