Interim Finance ManagerHarlow, Essex8 Week+ Temporary Assignment£250-£325 per day 4 days in officeWe're delighted to be supporting a well-established business in the search for an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join them on an initial 8-week assignment. Working closely with the Finance Director, you'll play a key role in supporting the finance function through a busy period, taking ownership of budgeting activity whilst providing hands-on financial support across the wider business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working collaboratively, can quickly add value, and is confident operating within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:\n

• Support the budgeting and forecasting process across the business.
\n
• Work closely with the Finance Director, providing financial insight and day-to-day support.
\n
• Assist with management reporting and financial analysis.
\n
• Review financial performance, highlighting trends and variances.
\n
• Support month-end activities where required.
\n
• Help improve financial processes and reporting where opportunities arise.
\n
• Liaise with budget holders and operational teams to provide commercial financial support.
\n
• Undertake ad hoc finance projects as required during the assignment.
\n

About You:\n

\n
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) preferred.
\n
• Previous experience working as a Finance Manager or within a similar hands-on finance role.
\n
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience.
\n
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and non-finance colleagues.
\n
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
\n
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable working across multiple priorities.
\n
• Available to start at short notice.
\n
