Mental Health Case WorkerTemp to Perm opportunity!Rhondda Cynon TafBRC are recruiting for a Mental Health Case Worker to join a supported accommodation service in the Rhondda Cynon Taf area (Llwynypia). This service provides 24-hour support to adults with complex needs, including mental health challenges and tenancy-related support.As a Mental Health Case Worker, your aim is to assist individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to move on to independent living.Key Responsibilities:\n

• Providing one-to-one support to residents with complex needs
\n
• Supporting individuals to manage their tenancy and daily living skills
\n
• Completing support plans, risk assessments, and case notes
\n
• Promoting independence and positive outcomes
\n
• Working independently in a lone working environment
\n

Shift Pattern:\n

\n
• 24 hour sleep in shifts (08:00 – 23:00 (sleep)- 08:30)
\n
• Includes weekends and bank holidays
\n

Key skills\n

\n
• Previous experience within supported housing or related services
\n
• Strong understanding of complex needs
\n
• Ability to work independently and confidently as a lone worker
\n
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
\n
