Job Description
Wise May are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join a busy Accountancy firm based in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their specialist Compliance team of four, working closely with stakeholders company wide. This is a dynamic and detail-focused position, providing proactive support across client onboarding, compliance checks and internal processes, ensuring a high level of service is delivered across the team.
\nThis is a 12 month fixed term contract with hybrid working after the first 4 weeks (3 days in the office and 2 days remote) and the hours are 09:15 - 17:15.
\nCompliance Administrator duties and responsibilities:

- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Compliance team to improve efficiency \n
- Managing meeting arrangements, including scheduling and booking meeting rooms \n
- Carrying out compliance checks including Companies House searches, PEP and sanctions checks \n
- Supporting the client onboarding process and managing digital onboarding systems \n
- Collating and analysing data from multiple sources and systems \n
- Updating and amending documentation as required \n
- Providing ad-hoc project support to the wider team \n
- Ensuring work is completed within agreed deadlines and escalating where necessary \n
Compliance Administrator key skills and experience required:

- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a professional services or accountancy environment \n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data clearly \n
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel \n
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail \n
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work \n
- A team-focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities \n
