Finance Assistant

Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be partnering with a well-established business based in Bicester to recruit a Finance Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative finance team, supporting the day-to-day finance function in a varied and fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations.

You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations, including:

• Processing sales and purchase invoices
\n
• Managing employee expenses and company credit card transactions
\n
• Completing bank reconciliations
\n
• Supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control activities
\n
• Preparing supplier payment runs and processing payments
\n
• Setting up new supplier and customer accounts
\n
• Responding to finance queries and providing support across the business
\n

\n
• Previous experience in a similar role
\n
• A good understanding of invoice processing, bank reconciliations and payment processes
\n
• Credit control experience and strong attention to detail
\n
• Experience using an ERP or accounting system
\n
