Our client is looking to recruit an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded Legal 500 ranked team in Oxford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in commercial property litigation, landlord and tenant disputes and land and property disputes to join a progressive law firm offering high-quality work, genuine career progression and flexible hybrid working.

You'll become part of a collaborative team acting for businesses, landlords, developers, investors and property owners on a broad range of contentious property matters. The firm has built an excellent reputation for delivering commercially focused legal advice while providing an outstanding environment in which its lawyers can develop their careers.

The Opportunity

You will manage a varied caseload of high-quality property litigation matters, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
\n
• Land and property disputes
\n
• Commercial property litigation
\n
• Breach of lease and covenant claims
\n
• Possession and forfeiture proceedings
\n
• Easements, rights of way and boundary disputes
\n
• Restrictive covenant disputes
\n
• Dilapidations claims
\n
• Lease interpretation and enforcement
\n
• Alternative dispute resolution and negotiated settlements
\n
• Advising clients from initial instruction through to resolution, including court proceedings where required
\n

Alongside your technical work, you'll develop strong client relationships, deliver exceptional client care and contribute to the continued success of the Property Litigation team.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-7 years' PQE in Property Litigation
\n
• Strong experience handling commercial property disputes
\n
• Excellent knowledge of landlord and tenant law
\n
• Experience managing complex litigation matters independently
\n
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
\n
• Commercial awareness with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach
\n
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
\n
• The ability to prioritise a busy caseload and work collaboratively within a team
\n
• Experience with SOS case management software is advantageous but not essential
\n
