About the Role\n

We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start available.

\n

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, resolving queries, liaising with internal departments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, ideally with SAP experience.

Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Process customer orders accurately using internal systems.
  • \n
  • Take ownership of customer orders from enquiry through to delivery.
  • \n
  • Manage customer, transport and delivery queries efficiently.
  • \n
  • Respond to stock availability enquiries and provide accurate updates.
  • \n
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shortages and returns.
  • \n
  • Liaise with Logistics, Warehouse and Commercial teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate customer and order data, ensuring master data is always up to date.
  • \n
  • Produce reports and provide administrative support to the Customer Service Manager.
  • \n
  • Deliver a professional, proactive service while building strong relationships with customers.
  • \n

Essential Skills & Experience\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Processing role.
  • \n
  • Experience processing customer orders from start to finish.
  • \n
  • Confident handling customer, transport and delivery queries.
  • \n
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • \n
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
  • \n
Desirable Experience\n
    \n
  • SAP experience (highly desirable due to the limited training period).
  • \n
  • Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail supply chain or wholesale environments.
  • \n
  • Experience working with stock management and logistics teams.
  • \n
