Support Worker - Complex Needs - Day Centre

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM (Flexiblity available around school pick ups)

Temp: Minimum of 3 months with opportunites to transtion permenantly

We are recruiting reliable Support Workers at the Bridgend Resource Centre (Central Bridgend) to support adults with advanced learning disabilities and complex needs.

What You Will Be Doing:

    Facilitating sensory play, life skills activities, and interactive social groups.

    • \n
  • \n

    Accompanying individuals on local trips and outdoor activities across Bridgend.

    • \n
  • \n

    Providing routine personal care and mealtime support with dignity and respect.

    • \n
  • \n

    Creating a positive, energetic, and safe environment tailored to individual support plans.

    • \n
