Join a well-established building services company covering commercial sites across Crawley and the South Coast, offering a local patch, excellent work-life balance, and long-term career progression.We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.Diagnose and repair faults on mechanical and electrical building services.Maintain HVAC equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, pumps, and motors.Carry out basic plumbing works, including TMV maintenance, tap replacements, and pipework repairs.Complete emergency lighting and fire alarm checks.Perform basic water hygiene and L8 compliance tasks where required.Undertake general building fabric maintenance.Complete maintenance reports and ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard.Requirements City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Air Conditioning.Previous experience in commercial building services maintenance.Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and customer-facing ability.Full UK driving licence.Salary & Benefits Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm£43,000 – £45,000 per annumCompany van and fuel cardPension schemeOvertime availableOngoing training and career progressionTPBN1_UKTJ
