Reach Truck DriverPayrate: £13.50 p/hHours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm, 10aqm-6pm or 2pm-10pm.Temp-ongoing (potential perm for the right candidate)Quest Employment are currently hiring for Reach Truck Drivers for our client in Wellingborough (NN8).Role OverviewResponsible for operating a Reach Truck to replenish pick faces, complete full pallet picks and put away inbound stock within a WMS-driven warehouse. Accuracy is critical, as errors directly impact downstream picking and customer dispatch.Key ResponsibilitiesReplenishmentReplenish pick face locations in line with warehouse demand.Remove banding and outer packaging before replenishment.Avoid overfilling pick locations.Report damaged or unsuitable locations.Maintain clean, organised pick faces.Remove stock from break packs where required.Full Pallet PickingPick customer orders requiring full pallets.Label pallets accurately for outbound dispatch.Ensure orders are completed accurately and safely.PutawayPut away inbound stock into reserve and pick-face locations.Position pallets correctly.Ensure labels remain visible.Maintain tidy, accessible storage locations.Skills & AttributesCandidates should demonstrate:Valid, in-date Reach Truck licence.High levels of accuracy in a WMS-controlled environment.Ability to work confidently with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.Willingness to complete manual tasks alongside truck work.Strong attention to warehouse standards and housekeeping.Pride in leaving pick locations organised and "customer ready."The ideal candidate will demonstrate:FlexibilityA team-first attitudeWillingness to support the wider operationA positive approach to both truck and warehouse work*This is a licensed MHE roles, but they are not truck-only positions as you will be completing manual duties throughout the shift, including picking and packing of orders.TPBN1_UKTJ
