\nWe're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused professional to join a busy operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in supporting the delivery of professional qualifications and assessments, ensuring processes run smoothly, accurately, and to strict deadlines.
\nWorking within a collaborative team, you'll liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including learners, employers, contractors, assessors, and external partners, providing first-class support and ensuring a positive experience throughout the assessment journey.
\nThe Role
\nAs a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating assessment-related activities, supporting candidates and external stakeholders, and ensuring critical processes are delivered accurately and on time.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Coordinating assessment administration and ensuring the accuracy of data and documentation. \n
- Providing first-line support to candidates and external partners via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams. \n
- Managing high-volume shared inboxes and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner. \n
- Supporting assessment delivery, including liaising with external centres and resolving issues as they arise. \n
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal and external systems. \n
- Processing and validating data with a high level of attention to detail. \n
- Coordinating communications with external stakeholders, contractors, examiners, and assessors. \n
- Organising meetings, preparing documentation, and supporting administrative projects. \n
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. \n
- Supporting investigations, evidence gathering, and case administration where required. \n
- Assisting with the administration of professional courses, seminars, and development programmes. \n
