- Additional 10% will be paid for weekend shifts as a premium uplift. \n

\nWhat is the role?
\nBrendoncare are looking for a Domestic Assistant to join our care home in Winchester, Hampshire.
\nMeadway is affectionately known as the 'hidden gem of St Cross'. We currently have 13 rooms with residents living with varying degrees of need, and a waiting list for new residents to join us. Meadway is based on the St Cross road, on the way to Winchester City Centre, and the majority of our residents have lived locally for a large portion, if not the majority of, their lives.
\nWho are you?
\nWe are seeking a Domestic Assistant who will need to have previous experience as a domestic assistant/cleaner outside of your own home. In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate a flexible attitude to working, be reliable and have a caring disposition towards older people.
\nWhat will I be doing?

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the Home; \n
- Ensuring the safety and privacy of residents whilst performing cleaning duties; \n
- Keeping adequate supplies of cleaning materials and ensure they are stored safely; \n
- Reporting hazards and repair requirements; \n
- Adhering to COSHH and Health and Safety regulations and working within the Policies and Procedures of Brendoncare. \n
