Accounts Receivable Manager Job in San Diego, CA

LHH is looking to fill a Direct Hire Accounts Receivable Manager Job in San Diego, CA. Qualified candidates will have strong relationship skills, as well as experience with large customer accounts and data. The Company is growing, so being hands on and capable of staff development is very important to the Client. The benefits for this role are very strong, and a flexible schedule is offered as well! Pay for this AR Manager role is between $100,000 to $125,000 annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AR MANAGER JOB
  • Manage month-end close for all AR activities - posting payments, monitor aging
  • Communicate directly with customers and clients
  • Record journal entries, reconciliations, adjustments, etc...
  • Assist with inventory analytics and billing
  • Collaborate and report directly to the Controller
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficiency with large Accounting ERPs
  • Experience overseeing and being hands on with Accounts Receivable
  • Ability to commit to a growing business
  • Skill of planning and completing tasks correctly and on time
