What We’re Looking For:

  • Certified Special Education Teacher with proven experience in behavior intervention
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting students with severe behavioral needs, especially grades 1st-3rd
  • Dedication to collaborating with school teams and families
  • Adaptability and a positive, proactive approach

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide specialized instruction and behavioral supports to a caseload of four students
  • Develop and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Facilitate positive behavior strategies and interventions
  • Work collaboratively with education staff and administrators
  • Document progress, communicate with families, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
