Role Highlights:
- Lead a full-time inclusion classroom for Exceptional Children (EC) at the middle school level
- Work Monday through Friday alongside a supportive paraeducator
- Manage a small, focused caseload, allowing for individualized instruction and meaningful student connections
- Develop, modify, and implement IEPs in accordance with state requirements
- Serve as an advocate and resource for students, families, and colleagues regarding special education best practices
- Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to ensure student progress within the inclusion framework
