Active Respiratory Therapist license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a member of the care team, you’ll work collaboratively to support patients, utilizing the latest techniques in respiratory therapy to restore and maintain optimal breathing.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
  • Active state licensure as required by practice standards
  • Proven experience in clinical respiratory therapy, supporting neonatal, pediatric, or adult populations
  • Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
  • Effective communicator with a compassionate approach to patient care

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and provide respiratory care in accordance with physician directives and best practices
  • Administer oxygen, aerosol, and respiratory treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans in real time
  • Maintain precise documentation on all therapies and patient responses
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers for optimal patient outcomes
  • Operate and maintain sophisticated respiratory equipment safely and effectively
  • Ensure infection control and safety standards are upheld at all times

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
