Job Description
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher with a Mild Intervention License for the 2026–2027 school year in Frankfort, IN. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide specialized instruction and support in a Middle School Resource setting while helping students achieve academic growth and success.
This assignment provides the opportunity to work within a collaborative educational environment focused on student progress, individualized support, and effective special education services.

Qualifications:
Valid Indiana Special Education License with Mild Intervention endorsement required
Experience working in a middle school resource setting preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
Knowledge of special education compliance, IEP development, and implementation
Ability to provide targeted academic interventions and individualized instruction
Commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals and Indiana academic standards
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide resource support and academic interventions for students with disabilities
Collaborate with general education teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
Collect and maintain accurate student progress data and documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
