ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher with a Mild Intervention License for the 2026–2027 school year in Frankfort, IN. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide specialized instruction and support in a Middle School Resource setting while helping students achieve academic growth and success.

This assignment provides the opportunity to work within a collaborative educational environment focused on student progress, individualized support, and effective special education services.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time

  • Middle School Resource Setting

  • 2026–2027 School Year

Qualifications:

  • Valid Indiana Special Education License with Mild Intervention endorsement required

  • Experience working in a middle school resource setting preferred

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills

  • Knowledge of special education compliance, IEP development, and implementation

  • Ability to provide targeted academic interventions and individualized instruction

  • Commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals and Indiana academic standards

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Provide resource support and academic interventions for students with disabilities

  • Collaborate with general education teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers

  • Collect and maintain accurate student progress data and documentation

  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration

  • Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
