Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to provide instructional support to students across K–12 grade levels. This role centers on delivering individualized learning experiences, promoting academic development, and maintaining an inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.

Primary Duties:

• Provide specialized instruction to meet a range of student learning needs
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with IEP goals and academic standards
• Use effective classroom management strategies to support student engagement
• Maintain a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals and other school personnel
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches as needed
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with special education regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working with diverse learners preferred
• Strong instructional and classroom management abilities
• Ability to build productive relationships with students and staff
