Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Certified Special Education Teacher with a valid state credential
- Moderate Intervention certification required (Life Skills)
- Mild Intervention certification required (Structured Teach)
- Experience with caseloads of approximately 10–15 students preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Passion for providing inclusive and adaptive instruction
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and track progress on IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with instructional teams, therapists, and families for student success
- Adapt curriculum to support a range of learning styles and abilities
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
