Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling a 40-hour work week.
Patient Load: Care for 15 patients daily, emphasizing continuity of care.
Work Environment: Outpatient clinic.
Patient Demographic: Primarily geriatrics, ages 55 and older.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with PACE programs is advantageous; strong experience in geriatrics is also accepted.
Experience Requirement: A minimum of 2 years working with geriatric patients is essential.

Licensing and Malpractice: We cover the costs associated with licensing and malpractice insurance.
Credentialing Support: We streamline the credentialing and privileging processes for you.

Compensation: Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other relevant considerations.
