RN Registered Nurse

Availability: PRN for Day Shift; Full-Time for Night Shift.

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will deliver care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will provide daily clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.

• Degree in Nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's)
• Current and valid nursing license in the applicable state, with an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.

• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
• Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment effectively.
• Communicate and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team.
