• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for a caseload of 25-35 students
• Differentiating instruction to address a range of learning abilities and needs
• Working collaboratively with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
• Managing student behavior using evidence-based strategies
• Providing progress reports and maintaining organized documentation
• Communicating consistently with families regarding student growth and goals
• Participating in IEP meetings, staff development, and professional learning communities

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching credential
• Proven experience working with students who have mild to moderate disabilities
• Skilled in adapting curriculum and instruction
