A leading staffing firm is partnering with our client, a growing construction and project-based services organization, to identify an experienced Contract Administrator in Columbus, OH. This position plays a critical role in ensuring contracts, project documentation, billing schedules, and operational data are accurate and complete throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. This is a highly visible role supporting Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Teams while helping drive accountability, consistency, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Review contracts, estimates, proposals, and project documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before execution
  • Validate billing schedules, project details, approvals, and supporting documentation to support successful project delivery and invoicing
  • Maintain accurate contract, forecasting, and reporting data across multiple business and project management systems
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Design, and Finance teams to coordinate project handoffs, scheduling, and issue resolution
  • Serve as a point of contact for contract-related administrative questions, billing support, and payment follow-up activities
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that reduce errors, strengthen accountability, and improve overall operational efficiency
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration
  • Prior experience within construction
  • Proven ability to review contracts, estimates, and project documentation while identifying discrepancies and process gaps
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with business management, CRM, or project management software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Pay Details: $78,000.00 to $98,000.00 per year
