We're seeking a Korean-speaking Medicare Enrollment Specialist to educate prospective members on Medicare Advantage plans and guide them through the enrollment process.

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls from prospective members
- Educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plan options
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage
- Complete enrollments through approved sales channels
- Schedule appointments and support outreach efforts
- Meet or exceed enrollment goals
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation
- Must reside in Southern California
- Fluent in Korean (speak, read, and write)
- Must pass a Korean language proficiency assessment
- Active California Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- A minimum of 1 year experience in telesales, call center, or phone-based sales
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and government healthcare programs preferred
- Experience working with seniors is a plus
- Must be willing to work call center hours (open 7 days a week from 8AM-8PM)
- Fully remote opportunity (must reside in Southern California)
