Job Description

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A valid 461 TN SPED License
- Expertise in implementing IEPs for students with diverse learning needs
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for cultivating positive, supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, adapt, and deliver engaging lessons that meet students’ individual abilities and goals
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and goal tracking
- Advocate for the needs and strengths of each student within a collaborative team model
- Foster independence, inclusion, and self-confidence for every learner
Role Details:

- End date: May 27, 2027
- Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday
